Below are some ways you can explore engineering and computer science virtually.
MIT Outreach lists many programs (both on and off campus) for K-12 students, grouped by age level. Note some in-person programming is currently cancelled due to the pandemic; some programs have added virtual content for students to explore.

Description:
This course will provide a gentle, yet intense, introduction to programming using Python for highly motivated students with little or no prior experience in programming. The course will focus on planning and organizing programs, as well as the grammar of the Python programming language.
MIT Full STEAM Ahead – K-12 Projects and Resources
This is a new site created to provide online resources for learning virtually, in response to COVID-19. Explore the programs and projects! There is a range of age levels, and some materials are aimed more at teachers than high school students. Check out the Weekly K-12 Learning Packages
MIT BLOSSOMS
The MIT BLOSSOMS Initiative is an online repository of open math and science learning videos contributed by educators from the U.S., Jordan and Pakistan and hosted by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
